Storage System Inc. is the leading supplier of ruggedized portable computer enclosures. Our company provides a wide range of flat-panel related products from portable computing equipment to space efficient computers. Founded in 1988, we are the first original manufacturer to introduce "portable computers" with the launch of our portable computer with a built-in 10" CRT monitor before the advancement of flat panel displays. Today, our product line has expanded to include portable and space efficient computing equipment that are suited for industrial and commercial applications.

SSI's Prism portables offers a cost-effective solution for high-end portable computing. The wide range of add-in expansion slots, processor choices, and storage options allow the Prism portables to be optimized for applications ranging from data acquisition, medical equipment, diagnostic and testing applications, software development, to portable servers. The Prism N9 is the world's first portable computer capable of using an ATX style motherboard. These portable computers offer expandability and upgradability unmatched by notebook computers, and offer compatibility to future standards.

• Warranty - 12 months parts & labor
• No refunds for returns, only replacement or repair; free replacement within 5 working days from receipt
• Special order items sales are final, no replacement. Normal warranty policy applies.
• Claims for shortages must be made within 5 working days
• Shipping charge not refundable
• All returns must have RMA no. and copy of Invoice RMA Procedure

All sales are subject to the following terms & conditions:

All products are shipped at Buyer's risk, and SSI's responsibility for loss or damage of products ceases upon delivery to the carrier, or to Buyer or Buyer's agent at SSI's facility. Buyer shall bear all applicable federal, state, and other government taxes as well as import or custom duties (for International sales), license fees and similar charges. SSI retains (and Buyer grants to SSI by submitting a purchase order) a security interest in the Products to secure payment in full and compliance with all sales agreements. In the event that the sales invoice shall be placed in collection, Buyer agrees to pay any and all costs associated with such placement, including without limitation, attorney's fees and other creditor rights proceeding.

Service & Return Policy

Prior to returning any merchandise for service, an RMA# must be obtained from SSI's Tech Support Dept. by Email to sales@portablepc.com.tw. Please include your invoice number when contacting us. Merchandise must be shipped back to SSI in its original container, with all accessories and copy of the invoice. Mark the RMA# on the shipping label. More About RMA

Limited Warranty

SSI warrants its products for (12) months from date of shipment against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is rendered void if product has been changed, altered or modified significantly without express written permission from SSI. Warranty is void if the product has become defective due to acts of God, negligence, abuse or misuse.

SSI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness of our products for a particular purpose. SSI shall not be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost income, loss of use, lost data or any sums paid by Buyer to third parties.

SSI reserves the right to repair or replace defective products during the warranty period. More about Warranty
